If you are a licensed electrician, but don’t have a ton of customer service experience, that’s not a problem, we can train and teach you everything you need to excel. 


The real problem is, I can’t teach someone to have humility and kindness in the workplace. 

I cannot train someone to have a servant’s heart toward the customer they are helping.

I cannot give someone the ability to relate to people from all walks of life and treat everyone equally, with respect.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • You are a licensed electrician (or on your way to getting your license)

EDUCATION:

You don’t need to be able to do calculus and speak French, but morons, whiners, idiots, lazy people and drama queens need not apply.

Like I said, you can’t teach the right attitude. You’ve either got it, or you don’t.
